Consultation
Initial Consultation for a School District / Agency:
- Includes initial observation and development of a behavior intervention plan
- Includes at least 3 hours of observation of student
- At least 1 hour of meeting with professionals to develop of a plan
- Written recommendations will be provided
- Contractual rates apply.
Weekly / Monthly Consultation for a School District / Agency:
- Ongoing consultation for a student where we have already developed a plan
- Give support and/or help staff implement plan
- Contractual rates apply.
Initial Consultation for a Family:
- Family will be asked to fill out a form describing the areas of need for their child.
- 1-2 hour meeting will be scheduled to review the information
- 2 hour observation of child at their home
- Written recommendations will be provided
- Ongoing consultation to the home is provided if needed
- Hourly rates apply
Weekly / Monthly visits for Families:
- Addressing academic skills, communication, social skills, or behavior
- Working with Family and Child
- Hourly rates apply
Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA):
- Staff/Family will complete an FBA assessment prior to observation
- 3-4 hr. observation of the student
- Meet with staff/family for at least 1 hour after observation
- Written recommendations will be provided
- Hourly rates apply
Phone or Internet Conference Call:
- Discussion of child that I have already developed a plan for
- 1-2 hour call
- Contractual rates apply
